We started Carolina Auto Glass because auto glass had turned into a volume business — a call center takes the claim, a stranger shows up in an unmarked van, and nobody answers the phone afterward. We wanted the opposite: a local shop where the person who quotes your job is the person you can call back.

Everything we do is mobile. We bring the glass, the adhesive, and the equipment to your driveway, your office parking lot, or your job site anywhere in the tri-county area. You keep your day; we do the work around it.

How we define integrity.

• We tell you what the vehicle actually needs — including when ADAS recalibration applies and when it doesn't — before you commit to anything.
• We quote insurance and cash side by side so you can pick the one that costs you less, not the one that pays us more.
• We give you the safe drive-away time out loud, on-site, before we leave — never a guess over the phone.
• If something isn't right after we go, you call the same number and get the same people.

Sarah runs scheduling, insurance billing, and fleet accounts. If you email or text about a quote, an appointment window, or an invoice, she's the one who answers.
