Warranty

If it isn't right, we come back.

Every install we do carries a lifetime workmanship warranty — covered for as long as you own the vehicle. Here is exactly what that covers, what it doesn't, and how to reach us if you need it.

Coverage period

Lifetime workmanship warranty — our installation work is covered for as long as you own the vehicle.

What's covered

Our workmanship, in writing.

Water leaks

If water gets past the new glass because of how it was set, we come back out, find the path, and reseal or reset the glass.

Wind noise from the seal

Whistling or rushing air traced to our installation is a workmanship defect and we correct it.

Moldings, trim, and clips

Trim that lifts, gaps, or rattles because of the install is repaired or replaced.

Glass defects

Distortion, delamination, or a defect in the glass itself is handled through the manufacturer's warranty for that part — we file it and manage the swap for you.

ADAS recalibration

If a camera we recalibrated fails to hold its calibration after the install, we re-verify it at no charge for the labor.

Fleet vehicles

Every unit on a fleet account carries the same terms as a retail job, tracked against the account rather than the driver.

What's not covered

  • New rock, road debris, or break-in damage after the installation
  • Rust or prior body damage in the glass opening that prevents a proper bond
  • Leaks coming from sunroofs, cowl drains, door seals, or body seams
  • Damage caused by later work done by another shop
  • Glass broken by a collision after the install

How to make a claim

  1. 1Call or text 843-922-9574, or email sarah@carolinaglassco.com.
  2. 2Tell us the vehicle and roughly when the work was done — we keep the record on our end.
  3. 3We schedule a mobile visit and look at it where the vehicle is parked.
  4. 4If it's our workmanship, we correct it at no charge for the labor.

The warranty covers our workmanship and follows the vehicle for as long as you own it. It is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold, and glass defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty for that part.
