Meet our team
Meet Sarah Zimmerman, Director of Operations.
A parent and former restaurant executive bringing more than 17 years of multi-unit operations and leadership experience to auto glass service.

People work is operations work.
Sarah Zimmerman is a parent and former restaurant executive who left the restaurant industry for the auto glass industry. She brings more than 17 years of multi-unit operations and leadership experience to her role as Director of Operations at Carolina Auto Glass, the family-owned mobile auto glass company founded in 2026 and serving Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties.
Restaurant leadership taught Sarah that strong service depends on people knowing what comes next, communicating when something changes, and taking responsibility for the outcome. She brings that practical approach to a mobile business where every vehicle, location, and customer need is different.
Her role supports the standards Carolina Auto Glass is built around: showing up, doing the job right, communicating clearly, taking care of people and their vehicles, and protecting what matters on the road.
How Sarah leads
- Clear communication. Customers and team members deserve useful information, an understandable next step, and an honest answer when circumstances change.
- Professional standards. Consistent processes help the team identify vehicle requirements and explain when ADAS recalibration may apply under the procedure for a specific vehicle.
- Local business relationships. Fleet coordination and account service should fit the way a local business actually operates. see how fleet works.
- Accountability. Taking care of people also means standing behind the work. Clear standards and follow-through support the lifetime workmanship warranty and the customer relationship behind it.
