Why we state the boundary directly
A damaged windshield can raise different questions depending on location, spread, visibility, and vehicle equipment. Rather than advertise a service we do not provide, we explain what replacement involves and ask for photos and the VIN when a customer is unsure.
What happens when you contact us
We ask which glass is affected, where the damage sits, whether it has spread, and what equipment is mounted near the windshield. If the request is not a replacement job we perform, we will not present it as one.
